Policies, Info & Forms

  • In order to maintain order and safety we ask that all members of the CNCS community adhere to the following procedure:

    • During Pick up and Drop off ALL Students MUST cross at the Crossing Guard located at the intersection of Raspe Ave and Marluth Ave (see illustration below)

    Morning Drop Off

    • Students can be dropped off along the Right side of Raspe Ave. Students must exit on the sidewalk side and proceed down to the crossing guard. 

    • In the morning, parking is only permitted in the parking lot or along Marluth Ave (please don’t block driveways)

    • K-5 students should enter the building through the Courtyard

    • 6-8 students should enter the building through the garden door

    Pick Up

    • Parents can park in the parking lot or along Raspe and Marluth Ave

    • K-5 parents must pick their child up in the courtyard

    • Students and their Parents must cross at the crossing guard.

    • 8:00: Morning Bell

    • 8:05: Students are marked late

    • 3:00: Dismissal (1:00 Dismissal on Wednesday)

    Recess/Lunch Shifts: All students will have 30 min. recess and 30 min. for lunch each day.

    • 5th/6th: 10:30-11:30

    • 3rd/4th: 11:00-12:00

    • 7th/8th: 11:30-12:30

    • K-2: 12:00-1:00

Apps & Portals

  • CNCS now has an app to track family participation hours called Helper Helper!

    Keep an eye out for an email from Helper Helper and CNCS Family Co-op Committee. This email will have the links to download the app and your temporary password. Every family will receive an email to their inbox the 1st week of August. If you do not see the Helper Helper email, check your spam folder. There will be only one account per family.

    Step 1 – Password

    You will be prompted to reset your password. Create new password.

    Step 2 – Update Profile

    Please go to the Account Settings and create a profile. Please answer these questions. This information is used for CNCS's charter renewal.

    Step 3 – Participate

    Find Opportunities and record your hours!
